Hy kan altyd sê hy't ook daarvan vergeet ... amnesie is 'n nuttige verskoning =P

He could always say he also forgot about that, too ... amnesia is a useful excuse =P

Orphanage Woman: Here in Room 7 there's still an open bed ...

Louwrens: ... at least I like sleeping on the top bunk ... /
Just a question: where are all the other kids?

Orphanage Woman: Well, ... at school, son. Why, what did you think?
Louwrens: Er ... oh yeah, of course ... /
(thinks) Ah, heck no ... I thought I was forever done with school's never-ending tail-chasing ...

hmm... Ek wonder wat sou gebeur as hy kan bewys dat hy al die werk al ken?

I wonder what would happen if he could prove that he's done all of the school work before. (Man, that doesn't really translate well.)

Wel soos ek dit sien, sal daar genoeg wees wat anders is dat hy nog steeds dinge gaan hê om te leer. Op 'n manier is dit selfs nog moeliker: "you must unlearn what you have learned", daai klas van ding.

He'll be fine with math and language, maybe with science (although they may be farther ahead of Earth, or a bit behind, or perhaps some things are different here.) History and geography may be -completely- different. If you're suddenly stuck in a different world, starting over as a kid isn't a bad way to do it, even if you have to go through school again.

Yup! That's why I'm having him start over like this :)
