TRANSLATION:

PANEL 1
Pinard: Admiral, according to that alarm, your friend here isn't really a Khanite ... / ... but rather an Om-Ankh programmed to pretend that it is ...
Jane: I know that he's an Om-Ankh, but he's on our side!

PANEL 2
Pinard: Hah! Om-Ankh aren't on anyone's "side" ... they're programs, not people!
Jane: They may be programmable, but Louwrens here isn't just a mere program, and ... well, he might not be my friend, but he is genuine!
Louwrens: Jane ... I didn't expect that you'd ...
Jane: If you want to make such accusations ... / ... you'd better be able to prove it!

PANEL 3
Pinard: Oh, is that all? / Fine, then ... with pleasure! / [untranslatable]
Jane: Louwrens ... !

PANEL 4
Jane: That ... had no effect ... right!?
Louwrens: I don't ... think so ... But it's strange ... it's as if I've heard those words ... somewhere before? But where could ...

PANEL 5
Louwrens: Oh, of course.
Of course.
I remember.

@Wolfie_Inu:

What do you mean untranslatable. It has to be based on a language otherwise could neither be written or spoken, only thought.

You have a crows foot, what appear to be two japanese figures if not more. an eye the word HA! over the symbol for hero and the number 4 appears several time along with a smiley face.

If I were to hazard a guess there is some meaning: Straight one hook hunter look that smile eye for one hero one for hunt and shoot.

As ridiculous as it sounds it could mean : "OMFG! is that the guy you shot in the eye? He's still alive!? For serial, are you like totes crazy?"

Not that the symbols have any inherent meaning for the story, or anything else for that matter, but you could have at least given us more to work with than untranslatable...

@GabrielsThoughts: Sorry bro, didn't mean to upset you ;)

The reason why I went with "untranslatable" is because it's obviously not intelligible in Afrikaans either, and it's unnecessary to know what it says.
