Jane: (thinks) Wish I had time to enter the base ... But I have to get out of here before reinforcements arrive. / Still, I wonder what all is in a helmet like this one ... / If I know how the enemy's equipment works ...

Jane: (thinks) Hm, the Om-Ankh language has changed in 10 000 years ... but at least I understand the general idea ... / "Usage Instruction: This lens differentiates between friend and foe by indicating Om-Ankh with orange, and Khanites with blue symbols. Prevents our infiltrators from being targeted accidentally." / That could prove useful ...

?: Got you ...

Wow, I really love technology that still works even if it's broken/damaged. My compliments to the designer of the heads up display. You have my undying admiration for your technological genius.

@Wolfie_Inu: "Got you..." But for how long? >:3

@GabrielsThoughts: Heh. Yeah it's true, I'm stretching it a bit on this bit of tech. It's more a dramatic device than realism at this point. I figure, if I get fans, they can invent better theories than me as to why this works :P

@Guest: In the wise words of Han Solo: "Well, that's the real trick, isn't it?"

It's best to come up with fantasy technology that it so advanced it's like magic, because then someone might become inspired enough to build it.

@Guest: I imagine the Om-Ankh soldier will not have Jane in his clutches for long. Let the arse kicking begin!
